The strangest thing happened on my career journey – I found a way of designing and implementing change management plans which multi-departmental team members and leaders WANT to engage in.
Maybe it’s that I listen to what is needed, the team values, and respect the team when designing change plans.
Maybe it’s that I find ways to ensure the leadership team looks like super-stars during and after the change implementation.
Maybe it’s that leaders I’ve supported are promoted based on the organizational insights and leadership mentoring I’ve provided through cognitive conversations.
